Phil has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace & defense sector, currently serving as Vice Chairman of SeaTec Consulting. Phil’s career has spanned across operations, technology, and management roles. At SeaTec, Phil has led major aerospace integration programs encompassing technology program development and implementation, business processes, and organizational redesign and management for engineering, planning, materials, and configuration control and compliance systems. 

Prior to SeaTec, Phil was Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Louis Berger Services where he was responsible for the integration of maintenance information technology systems for a major US airline and the US military. Prior to Louis Berger Services, Phil held C-level operations and technology positions at SATSair, VantagePoint, and InteractiVisions. At SATSair, Phil served Part 145 and Part 135 executive management of operations and technology for air taxi markets and was a founding member of the Air Taxi Association. He has led technology engagements for Disney, AT&T Bell Labs, Sara Lee Corporation, and Universal Studios.

Phil studied Computer Engineering at Clemson University and later served as a faculty member.
