Bo has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, restructuring advisory, and principal investing. Prior to joining Banbury Private Capital, Bo spent 12 years at EY where he was a Senior Managing Director and Principal and led the U.S. Debt Capital Markets practice. Prior to EY, Bo spent 10 years at Bank of America where he worked in leveraged finance, restructuring advisory, special situations finance, and strategic capital. Bo began his career working in middle-market M&A and private placements at Ewing Monroe Bemiss & Co.

Bo graduated with a B.B.A. in International Business and Spanish from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He and his wife have two daughters and live in Charlotte, NC.
